Coal mining operation has developed from semi mechanization in the 1950s to comprehensive mechanization in the 1980s. Comprehensive mechanized coal mining is widely used in shallow cut double (single) drum combined shearer (or plough), flexible scraper conveyor, hydraulic self moving support and other equipment, so as to realize comprehensive mechanized coal crushing, coal loading, transportation, support and other links in the working face. Double drum shearer is a coal falling machine. The motor transmits power to the spiral drum for coal falling through the reducer of the cutting part, and the movement of the machine is realized by the motor passing through the driving device of the traction part. There are basically two types of traction, namely, chain traction and non chain traction. The anchor chain traction is realized by engaging the chain wheel of the traction part with the anchor chain fixed on the conveyor.
